Alice gave me ‘simplification’ … she asked what i liked & made it easy - here’s whats good for you, implement them into your eating, sleeping, exercise, being mindful, accountable, being grateful. She always has something positive & different for me to look at & put in place, suggestions with food, menus she tried out with pictures, connections to podcasts, music, exercise, medical health etc. Alice gave me the tools to re-connect & if they weren't right, there were always lots of other suggestions.
